According to CINNO Research's monthly panel factory commissioning survey data in April 2022,the average utilization rate of domestic LCD panel factories was 88.4%,down 1.8 percentage points from March. Among them,the average utilization rate of low-generation lines (G4.5~G6) was 78.9%,down 5.3 percentage points from March; the average utilization rate of high-generation lines (G8~G11) was 89.4%, down compared to March 1.5 percentage points.
1.BOE:The average utilization rate of TFT-LCD production lines in April was stable at around 90%,which is basically the same as that in March, but the average utilization rate of its G4.5~G6 low-generation lines dropped to 85%,month-on-month down 5 percentage points.Due to one less working day in April than in March, the total production area of BOE in April decreased by 3.5% month-on-month.The utilization rate of BOE AMOLED production lines in April was also similar to that in March, still at a low level.
2.TCL Huaxing:The overall utilization rate of the TFT-LCD production line dropped to 90% in April,down 5 percentage points from March,mainly because the number of high-generation lines put into operation was adjusted,and the Wuhan t3 production line was still running at full capacity.The operating rate of Huaxing AMOLED t4 production line in April was around 40%, slightly higher than the average operating level of domestic AMOLED panel factories.
3.HKC:The average utilization rate of HKC TFT-LCD production line in April was 89%,a slight decrease of nearly 1 percentage point compared with March.In terms of production lines,the utilization rate of the HKC Mianyang plant is relatively low,and the adjustment of the number of production lines in operation is not large.Only the number of operations in the Changsha plant has increased slightly.
